By using the Service, the user fully accepts these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Service.
1 Preamble and Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

- "Credits": virtual units that the User purchases or receives for free to use the Service's generation features
- "Generated Content": images and videos produced by artificial intelligence from photographs uploaded by the User
- "Merchant": the operator of an e-commerce site that integrates the Dresium plugin into their product pages
- "Consumer": a User who is a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft, or professional activity they may carry out, as defined by Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code)
2 Service Description
Dresium is an AI-powered Virtual Try-On platform that allows users to visualize clothing items worn on their own body from a photograph. The Service is accessible through:
- Website dresium.com — featuring the Try-On simulator and account management
- Browser extensions for Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox — enabling Try-On activation directly while browsing e-commerce sites
- E-commerce plugin — allowing Merchants to integrate Virtual Try-On into their product pages
The Service uses artificial intelligence APIs provided by third parties (Google AI, Anthropic, xAI, OpenAI) for image processing. AI-generated results are approximate in nature and do not constitute an exact representation of how the garment will look when worn. Dresium does not guarantee 100% accuracy of the generated fitting.
3 Registration and Account
3.1 Requirements
An account is required to use the Service. Registration is reserved for natural persons aged 16 or older. By registering, the User confirms they meet this requirement.
3.2 Registration Methods
The User can register by providing their name, email, and password, or through social login authentication (Google, Facebook, Apple). The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for keeping their login credentials secure.
3.3 Account Security
The User is solely responsible for all activities conducted through their account. In case of unauthorized access or suspected compromise, the User must immediately notify Dresium by emailing support@dresium.com.
3.4 Account Deletion
The User may delete their account at any time from the Platform settings. Deletion results in the permanent removal of all associated data, including photographs, generated images, and remaining credits. Unused credits at the time of deletion will be lost and are non-refundable.
4 Credits and Packages
4.1 Free Credit
Upon registration, each new User receives 1 free credit that allows the generation of one Virtual Try-On image at no cost. The free credit is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
4.2 Available Packages
Once the free credit is used, the User can purchase one of the following packages:
| Package | Credits | Price | Cost/Credit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Welcome | 1 credit | Free | € 0.00 |
| Basic | 10 credits | € 1.99 | € 0.199 |
| Pro | 50 credits | € 4.99 | € 0.099 |
| Premium | 100 credits | € 9.99 | € 0.099 |
All prices include VAT.
4.3 Nature of Credits
- Credits are one-time purchases and do not constitute a recurring subscription
- Credits do not expire and remain available in the User's account until used or the account is deleted
- Credits are non-transferable, cannot be transferred to third parties, and cannot be converted to cash
- Each image generation consumes 1 credit
- Dresium reserves the right to modify package prices. Changes will not affect credits already purchased
5 Payments
All payments are processed through Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS certified provider. Dresium does not collect or store any payment data (card numbers, CVV, etc.).
Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards, as well as any additional methods made available by Stripe.
Credits are credited to the User's account immediately upon payment confirmation from Stripe. If confirmation is not received, no credits will be issued and no amount will be charged.
6 Refund Policy
Credit refund for failed images: If a photo generation result is clearly defective or unusable (severe artifacts, obvious distortions, processing errors), the User may request a refund of consumed credits within 14 days of generation. Dresium will review the request by examining the generated image and, if the defect is confirmed, will re-credit the used credits.
6.1 General Conditions
- Unused credits: purchased credits are not refundable in cash under any circumstances
- Images (photos): refundable in credits if generation is defective, subject to verification, within 14 days of generation
- Generated videos: are not refundable under any circumstances
- Free credits: are not refundable
6.2 Request Procedure
To request a credit refund, the User must log into their dashboard at dresium.com, then click the "Request a Refund" button for the photo for which they wish to receive a credit refund. The refund will only be approved if the generation is defective. Dresium reserves the right to request additional information and commits to providing a response within 10 business days.
Important: Refunds consist exclusively of re-crediting the credits consumed for the defective generation and do not include the return of monetary amounts under any circumstances. Unmotivated, repeated, or fraudulent refund requests may result in account suspension.
7 Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the credit purchase contract within 14 days of the purchase date, without having to provide any reason.
7.1 Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter o) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded if the User has started using the purchased credits (i.e., has initiated even a single generation). By making the purchase and using the credits, the User expressly consents to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal following the commencement of use.
7.2 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal (where applicable), the Consumer must send a written communication within 14 days of purchase to support@dresium.com or via certified email (PEC) to solidadigitaladvertisingsrl@pec.it, indicating the order details. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the communication, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
8 Intellectual Property
8.1 Dresium's Property
The Platform, its source code, design, the "Dresium" trademark, logos, texts, graphics, algorithms, and all other elements are the exclusive property of SOLIDA Digital Advertising SRL or their respective licensors, and are protected by Italian, European, and international intellectual property law.
8.2 Generated Content
Images and videos generated through the Service ("Generated Content") remain the property of Dresium. The User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Generated Content under the following conditions:
- The User may use the Generated Content for personal and non-commercial use (social media sharing, personal evaluation of clothing items, etc.)
- The User may not resell, sublicense, distribute for commercial purposes, or use the Generated Content to train artificial intelligence models
- The User may not remove any watermarks, metadata, or attribution notices present in the Generated Content
- The license is valid for the duration of the User's account and terminates upon account deletion
8.3 Prohibition of Reproduction
Unauthorized reproduction, modification, decompilation, reverse engineering, or distribution of any part of the Platform, its algorithms, or Generated Content outside of the granted license is prohibited.
9 User Content
9.1 Uploaded Photographs
The User retains full ownership of photographs uploaded to the Platform. By uploading a photograph, the User grants Dresium a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to process the image solely for the purpose of providing the Virtual Try-On Service.
9.2 User Warranties
By uploading content, the User represents and warrants that:
- They are the rightful owner or have the necessary rights to upload the photographs
- The photographs depict the User themselves or a person who has given their consent
- The uploaded content does not violate third-party rights, applicable law, or these Terms
- The content is not unlawful, offensive, defamatory, pornographic, or otherwise contrary to public decency
9.3 Storage and Deletion
Photographs and generated images are stored in the User's account. The User may delete them at any time. Account deletion results in the permanent removal of all content within 30 days.
10 Permitted and Prohibited Uses
10.1 Permitted Uses
The User may use the Service solely for its intended purposes, namely the virtual visualization of clothing items for personal use or, in the case of Merchants, the integration of the plugin into their e-commerce site.
10.2 Prohibited Uses
The following are expressly prohibited:
- Using the Service to generate deepfake, fraudulent, defamatory, pornographic, or otherwise illegal content
- Uploading photographs of third parties without their explicit consent
- Uploading photographs of individuals under 16 years of age
- Attempting unauthorized access to Dresium's systems, servers, or networks
- Using bots, scrapers, automated systems, or unauthorized APIs to access the Service
- Sharing, reselling, or transferring your account or credits to third parties
- Using the Service in a manner that compromises its functionality, security, or performance
- Using Generated Content to train, develop, or improve artificial intelligence models
- Making fraudulent, repeated, or unjustified refund requests
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or permanent deletion of the account, without prior notice or refund of remaining credits.
11 E-commerce Plugin (B2B)
The Dresium plugin allows Merchants to integrate the Virtual Try-On service into their product pages. Use of the plugin is subject to the following conditions:
11.1 Authentication and Account Creation
- The end user must have a Dresium account and authenticate via the Controller's SSO system (Keycloak)
- To enable access to virtual try-on features, upon authentication a local user account will be automatically created on the Merchant's e-commerce site. This creation is technically necessary for session management, authentication persistence, and service delivery
- Data shared with the Merchant during authentication is limited to: email address and display name (if provided)
11.2 End User Data Protection
- The Merchant has no access to photographs uploaded by end users or to Generated Content, which resides exclusively on Dresium servers
- End user credits, subscriptions, and generation history remain exclusively on Dresium servers and are never shared with the Merchant
- The Merchant receives only aggregated and anonymized data on plugin usage for analytics purposes
11.3 Data Controllership
- For data on its servers (photos, credits, profile, generation history), Dresium is the Controller under GDPR
- For local account data created on their site (email, name), the Merchant is an independent Controller according to their own privacy policy
- The Merchant's use of the plugin is governed by a separate commercial agreement with Dresium
11.4 End User Notice
Dresium commits to informing end users, through its authentication system, that using the service on partner e-commerce sites involves the creation of a local account on the Merchant's site. This notice is automatically displayed during the login process and requires no action from the Merchant.
11.5 Merchant Responsibilities
The Merchant, as an independent controller for local account data created on their site (email and display name), is responsible for compliance with applicable GDPR regulations regarding such data. It is recommended that the Merchant mention the presence of the Dresium service in their privacy policy and not remove or hide any notices displayed by the plugin.
11.6 Legal Basis for Data Sharing
Local account creation and data sharing with the Merchant are based on Article 6.1.b of the GDPR (performance of a contract): the end user actively requests to use the Dresium service on the Merchant's site, and local account creation is technically necessary to deliver the requested service. By using the Dresium service on a partner e-commerce site, the user accepts this operational method.
12 Limitation of Liability
12.1 Service "As Is"
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Dresium strives to ensure Service continuity and quality but does not guarantee that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or defects. In particular, Dresium does not guarantee:
- The accuracy or fidelity of the Virtual Try-On compared to the actual appearance of the worn garment
- Uninterrupted Service availability
- Compatibility with all devices, browsers, or e-commerce sites
12.2 Exclusions of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dresium is not liable for:
- Purchase decisions based on Content Generated by the Service
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service
- Data loss, lost profits, or business interruption
- Actions of third parties, including artificial intelligence API providers
The above limitations do not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Controller, nor do they prejudice the inalienable rights of the Consumer under Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005.
13 Account Suspension and Termination
Dresium reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently delete the User's account, without prior notice, in the following cases:
- Violation of these Terms, particularly the prohibited uses set forth in Article 10
- Fraudulent activity, including unjustified or repeated refund requests
- Use of the Service for illegal purposes
- Attempts at unauthorized access to Dresium's systems
- Failure to pay amounts due
In case of termination for violation of the Terms, the User will not be entitled to a refund of remaining credits or any other form of compensation. Dresium will notify suspension or termination via email to the address associated with the account.
14 Changes to the Terms
Dresium reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an indication of the last update date.
In case of substantial changes affecting User rights, Dresium will provide notification via email with at least 15 days advance notice. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of such changes. If you disagree, you may delete your account.
15 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation, execution, or termination of these Terms:
- If the User is a Consumer under Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, the court of the Consumer's place of residence or domicile shall have jurisdiction, if located in Italian territory, as provided by Article 66-bis of the Consumer Code
- In all other cases, the Court of Palermo shall have exclusive jurisdiction
15.1 Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR/ODR)
Pursuant to Article 14 of EU Regulation No. 524/2013, Consumers are informed that in case of dispute, they may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, accessible at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
